There are six Juventus fans injured, two in serious condition, after their bus accidentally struck power lines during the Scudetto parade.
The team was on a different open top bus going through the streets of Turin this evening to celebrate winning the Serie A title and Coppa Italia.
According to news agency AGI, there are two ‘code red’ injured in hospital and four with minor injuries after the incident.
It’s claimed the unofficial bus full of ultras from the ‘Tradizione’ group tried to get too close to the team bus and accidentally bumped the tram lines that hang across the street in Corsa Grosseto, on the intersection with Via Chiesa della Salute.
It’s reported one of the seriously injured ultras is Italian and the other Irish.
This was the first Juventus open top bus parade for four years.
