Spartak Moscow boss Massimo Carrera confirms “it’d be an honour to coach Juventus, but it’s unlikely they’d part with Max Allegri.”
The tactician was assistant manager to Antonio Conte during the start of the seven-year Scudetto run and took over for a few weeks during Conte’s ban.
He has since won the Russian league title with Spartak Moscow and is under contract until June 2019.
“As a Juventino, it’d be an honour to coach Juventus,” Carrera told Mediaset Premium.
“I tasted it briefly with Conte, but I think today the Bianconeri have a great Coach and it’s unlikely they’d part with Allegri.”
Carrera was also a midfielder for the Bianconeri from 1991 to 1996.
