Daniele De Rossi admits he is having second thoughts about becoming a Coach as the Roma midfielder is not thinking about retirement ‘anymore’.
De Rossi turns 35 in July and is on record as suggesting he would move into management after he hung up his boots, but the former Italy international believes he has been given a new lease of life under Eusebio Di Francesco.
“I don’t know if I’ll be a Coach,” he told Sky Sport Italia.
“I’m happy with how my past two campaigns have gone. When I look back at my matches, it makes me happy.
“First I told myself that maybe it was time [to retire], but not anymore.”
